Worship at Cornerstone Fellowship kicks-off our Sunday service bringing to the forefront what we, as a church, are all about: lifting up the name of Jesus Christ, our Savior. Whether in contemporary praise and worship, prayer, or moments of silence, the heart of Cornerstone Fellowship is to worship our heavenly Father with one voice as one body bringing Him the glory He is due.

I have attended Cornerstone Fellowship all of my life and have been worship leader since the fall of 2009. My passion for worship is rooted in a desire to see the name of Jesus lifted high and for Christians to be able to interact intimately with their God in song and in prayer. My favorite passage from the Bible is Romans 8:31-39 for its powerful reminder that, “...nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord “(Romans 8:39b NLT). The coolest thing God has done in my life is found in, “... the daily revelations of my complete and utter dependence on His grace.” Besides worship, I also have a passion for enjoying the tastier things in life, namely homemade tacos, burritos, and nachos with an ice cold Dr. Pepper and my MawMaw Tarver’s Oreo Pie for dessert.
